Maity Consulting Ltd provides Programme Management resources that deliver end-to-end lifecycle; you can expect us to write an outline business case, seek funding approval, and clearly outline upfront CAPEX spend, all OPEX spend profiles over the contract’s lifecycle. We don’t create the business case and walk away. We will put those initiatives by working with the Procurement team to deliver compliant partner onboarding. We then work with our partners to deliver those programmes within the cost and timeframe to deliver the expected return on investment (ROI).

We can provide a flexible resource model at a predictable cost to deliver those project cost savings. We can supply a range of Project Management, Business Analysis, and Project Management Office (PMO) resources, undertaking assessments, and delivering tools and people to improve your delivery capability and performance.

Founded in 2019, we are a delivery-centric organisation providing our clients with a comprehensive range of services and resources designed to support and enhance their delivery capabilities in line with their demands and expected pace.

Prasenjit Maity (Viji)

Founder & Company Director

Prasenjit has 18+ years of industry experience, from Outsourcing contracts to leading and delivering nearshore/offshoring outsourcing delivery models with several multinational companies based in EMEA, US and UK. After several years, the focus shifted towards delivering AGILE and Waterfall projects for UK Insurance, life & pension sectors, and National Health Services (NHS – Primary Care Support England), where legislation and regulatory changes required experienced professionals to deliver challenging programmes on time and within budgets.

Prasenjit played a crucial senior delivery role in the UK Local Authority space, where his strong leadership, cost management control and effective governance helped deliver fixed-price programmes under budget and bring value to his employer.

Eventually, Prasenjit founded Maity Consulting Ltd, which began trading in 2019 with the firm belief in using his expertise to deliver client-focused projects and programmes at a fair price. Qualification: MBA, TOGAF® Certified, PRINCE2®, AgilePM®, ITILv3®, Certified Lean Practitioner®, Certified Scrum Master®, Certified Product Owner®.

Debjani Karmakar Mitra

Management Consultant – Business and Change Analysis

A result-oriented, versatile, and solution-focused experienced professional seasoned with business process improvement and a detailed understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®). An experienced Consultant with 7+ years of relevant and proven experience delivering Agile, Waterfall projects using technical project delivery tools. Experience serving clients from financial services, retail and corporate banking in the US and UK, all transferable skills to other sectors and regions.

A keen eye for details and working with the delivery team by recommending the best approach to achieve project objectives. Debjani constantly seeks opportunities to cut costs by promoting lean business processes. Extensive experience in documenting requirements (Business, System, Functional, Non-Functional, Process Flows, Gap analysis, Data analysis, Use Cases and other project management tasks.

Over the years, Debjani has brought expertise in fostering collaboration with colleagues, business stakeholders, and third parties such as solution providers, application support teams, business change teams, Service Leads, etc., whilst managing expectations and delivering outcomes. Excellent track record in working with businesses to capture business requirements and working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the requirements traceability matrix is managed and tracked during sprints.

Qualification: Bachelors in Technology (Electronics & Communication Engineering); Certified Scrum Master®.

Business Analysis

We offer Business Analysis services during the formation of the business case stage to avoid the following.

We emphasise validating Invitation to Tender (ITT) requirements and discussing them in detail with the cross-functional team, which avoids concerns during the implementation stage.



We offer Project Management Office Services, including PMO/PSO resources & Consultancy.

Our experienced staff are undergoing training and are on the path to being P3O qualified, which will provide access to specialised PMO expertise for our clients.
