Prasenjit led the way to setup a good foundation for our HR transformational project. He engaged with a multitude of stakeholders from all levels and backgrounds to help them deliver, he also managed to coordinate and unblock activities with real finesse and always in the projects best interests. Moreover, he gave good leadership and direction to a complex project and was able to keep track of many complex strands of work. He showed a good level of IT competency and we were all sorry to lose him but I know he will be successful wherever he ventures.
